The SMS broadcast service allows you to send SMS text messages from any internet connected device. There are no setup or recurring fees, you can send via email or the web and create and manage your own personal lists. For more information please see the features page.

How much does it cost? SMS broadcast is credit based service like a phonecard. You pay only for what you use. Prices vary depending on whether the destination is local or international. Please go here to view our rates.

We accept credit card and invoice (authorised companies only) for this service.

How long does my Messij credit last?

Your credit is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. If you top up your account, then your credit expiry is then exended for another 24 months from the date of the top up.

Do I have to register to use the service?

Can I test the system before registering or using it?

At this stage we don't have a test feature, we may introduce a test feature in the future. You can add $10 credit to the service to try it out and there will be no ongoing charges if you don't continue to use the service. If you have a large or specific requirement and would like to test this, please contact us on or 1300 739 939.

Can a company apply for an post-paid or invoiced account with this service?

Yes, although your company will be required to undergo a credit check as part of the application process. The minimum monthly  invoice value for an account is $550.00. Please contact Support for an application form.

I need to send 1000 or more SMS messages at once. Can cope with this?

Yes, the system is designed for large volume broadcasts. If you intend a single broadcast in excess of 50,000 messages please let us know before hand so we plan for additional service load.

Is there a test feature so I can see the resulting message before I send it out to everyone?

You can preview your message before it is sent out in an SMS broadcast. The system will render the message so you can see an example before it is sent.

How do I use the Simple HTTP API?

To use the Simple HTTP API, you just have to generate a URL in the following format:<username>&password=<password>&to=<mobile_number>&text=<message_text>
You can use GET or POST to send these variables to the server. The TO variable can be comma-delimited to send to multiple destinations.
